Instruction Guide

Our brief from the client was to create a PowerPoint based User Guide with step by step instructions. The User Guide was required to be simple to understand and had to describe each and every available feature in the system to assist the end user. It had to contain as many snapshots as possible (down to the last button). The client had an innate desire to make an animated guide so that the non-computer savor’ users in the department as well as in the state could understand the steps easily. The snapshots from the website and guidelines on using the system were provided to us.
