The client required the existing student guide to be re-structured and re-customised for a different audience profile. Different sections of more than one course were required to be collated to design and develop a customised training program.
- To create fresh content to fill in the gaps in the existing content in terms of time duration and flow
- To keep the language simple as there was a vast gap in the minimum qualification and the maximum qualification of the audience profile along with different geographical locales

To fill in the content gap, real-life examples were built around organisational scenarios
